Positive Mind Space is a company based in Leamington Spa that specialises in helping people to discover their happiness using mindfulness coaching.

Helping people with anxiety, stress and depression as well as teaching clients to connect to happiness, joy and compassion and practicing the ability to BE INTHE MOMENT! We offer a range of mindfulness based approaches including 8 week courses, programmes, guided meditation classes, mindfulness for stress, health and one-to-one mindfulness based therapy.

We are a company that provides Mindfulness, Meditation, and Relaxation services in the heart of Leamington Spa. In the rest of the web site you will find details of our courses, our training, therapy approaches and some more information about mindfulness in groups and 1:1 sessions.
